Welcome to Opal Row Co.! By placing an order or browsing our site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

🛍️ Orders & Shipping

Order Processing
We work hard to get your items to you quickly!

  • Studio-made items (laser-cut jewelry and earrings): typically ship within 3–4 business days.

  • Print-on-demand items (like wall art or home decor): ship within 5–9 business days from our trusted production partner.

  • Please allow extra time during holidays and peak seasons.

Order Updates & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to update or cancel an order, email chelsea@opalrowco.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships, but changes are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders—always.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your order! If something’s not quite right:

  • Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, email chelsea@opalrowco.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Please note:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (including digital downloads and personalized jewelry) are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

All artwork and designs sold on this site — including physical prints, digital downloads, and products featuring artwork — are copyrighted and owned by Opal Row Co. LLC.

By purchasing, you agree to the following:

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the artwork in any format (digital or physical) unless you have written permission or a commercial license from us.

  • Digital downloads are for personal or client use only (e.g., adding to a client project or using in your home or business).

  • You may not resell digital files “as-is” on any platform (Etsy, Creative Market, etc.).

  • All designs remain the sole property of Opal Row Co. LLC.

📦 Product Information

Some items are made in our studio, others are made-to-order and fulfilled by a trusted print partner.

  • If your order contains both studio-made and made-to-order items, they will ship separately.

💸 Discount Codes

  • Only one discount code can be used per order.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

  • Codes must be applied at checkout — we cannot apply discounts retroactively.

✉️ Emails & Marketing

When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, you may receive occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.

👩⚖️ Limitation of Liability

Opal Row Co. LLC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • Misuse of products or unauthorized alterations

  • Damages resulting from improper use or storage

We do our best to ensure accuracy across all listings, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
