Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. -
How long does shipping take?
Items made in our studio (laser-cut items and jewelry) typically ship within 3–4 business days. Items printed by our trusted production partner may take 5–9 business days to ship. Please allow additional time during holidays and peak seasons. -
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. -
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. -
Can I update or cancel my order?
We try to process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible at chelsea@opalrowco.com, and we’ll do our best to help! Changes are not guaranteed. -
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at chelsea@opalrowco.com with photos of the damage or defect. We’ll work with you to make it right. -
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders ship for free—always.
Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your order! Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
Are custom or personalized items eligible for return?
Custom or made-to-order items, including digital downloads and personalized jewelry, are final sale and not eligible for return.

What materials is your jewelry made from?
Our jewelry is made with high-quality stainless steel, which is great for sensitive skin and ears. -
Can I request a custom design or personalized item?
Yes! Please contact us at chelsea@opalrowco.com to discuss custom orders and personalized pieces. -
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services.
Digital Downloads

How do I access my digital download?
After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your file(s). Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it. -
Can I share or resell my digital download?
No, digital downloads are for personal use only and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Licensing & Artwork Use

Who owns the rights to your artwork?
Opal Row Co. / Chelsea Williams (the artist) owns all original artwork prints and designs. They may not be reproduced, copied, or resold without permission. -
